Kayaking on the Zambezi

If you are a confident white water kayaker with experience in class 5 rapids then come and paddle the mighty Zambezi with your own kayak or hire out from us.

Pick up from your accommodation in Livingstone

Transfer to the river

Porters carry down your equipment to the bottom of the gorge

Paddle from rapid # 1 - # 13 (half day morning) or # 21 (full day), or from # 13 -# 21 (half day afternoon)

Return transfer to Livingstone after the trip

For an extra charge one of our experienced guides will accompany you and show you the best lines.

Please note that we reserve the right to interrupt the trip for safety reasons (i.e lacking class 5 skills) - no refund

 

 

Rates

Kayak Hire from U$ 30-00 per day , U$ 120-00 per week (kayak only)
Full Kit Hire from U$ 40-00 per day, U$ 160-00 per week (including kayak, spray deck, paddles, helmet and life jacket)
Return Transfers U$ 15-00 per day including porter fees
If you bring your own kayak and gear : return transfer U$ 30-00 per day including porter fees
'river usage fee': U$ 10 per person per day
