Hydrospeed Surfing & Swimming under the Victoria Falls

Go swimmimg under the mighty Victoria Falls then enjoy the surfing with our new Hydrospeed ‘Anvil’: it is easy to handle and easy to navigate onto the wave at rapid #2. Your guide will teach you the basics of wave surfing within a few minutes. If you are reasonably fit, you can do this.

Details

Duration: Approx. 3 hours

Start Location: From your accommodation in town

Departure Times: Runs daily in season (August to January, depending on water level.)

Dress: Sandals or running shoes (no flip-flops!), quick drying shorts, or dry clothes to change after the trip. Do not wear your contact lenses on this rafting trip.

Fitness Level: A fair level of fitness is required. Walking up the gorge is physically demanding, so is surfing on the wave. Minimum age limit is15 years

Pack: You can bring your small camera along. We have a dry bag, but we cannot take any responsibility for your electronic equipment. Personal medication if needed. Sun cream and hat/cap.
